MERGER ANNOUNCEMENT

Rand Associates, LTD, a technology consulting firm in Farmington, Connecticut is announcing the merger of its firm with BVH Integrated Services, Inc., a multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm with offices in Bloomfield and New Haven, Connecticut.

The merger of Rand Associates into BVH's core business will greatly expand and enhance our team's ability to incorporate cutting edge technology design into and integrated service portfolio.  Working in collaboration with the Architect and Owner, the BVH/Rand technology service strategy is combined with other core disciplines to enhance team communication and coordination, while streamlining project documentation and delivery.  The BVH/Rand team offers an experienced staff of design and construction professionals, allowing us to efficiently plan, manage, and sucessfully deliver integrated building systems.

Rand Assoicates will continue to service all existing clients and its existing backlog of projects.  All new projects will be produced under the BVH/Rand partnership at 50 Griffen Road South, Bloomfield, CT 06002.
